I have tried canceling a Indie payment but it has charged me 2 weeks after I canceled, am I doing it wrong?

If you are using PayPal, you have to cancel the subscription there - unfortunately they do not provide a way to cancel the subscription automatically.
It wont let me cancel the indie subscription. It only lets me change plans to the yearly plan ($39 a year). Still charging me after trying to cancel.
