I think you should add something so that if you put something on 1 side of the pallet, it would mirror it on the other side, so if you are making something big and want it to be the same on both sides, it would be so much easier.

you can kind of already do that with the flip button. You can just put your thing on one side, copy, flip, then paste

When you go to edit sprite, under the circle and to the right of those arrows is a little square with lines that are not connected. Select that and drag from where you want to copy. To the bottom right above the undo and redo buttons, there are the cut, copy, and paste buttons (all in the order I said it in). After dragging, they should light up and you press the middle on to copy, and it gives an option for where you want to paste it by dragging the square thing you made. (tell me if you need me to screen shot in case you’re confused)
by the way if the problem is solved, there should be a button that tells other people that this problem is solved.
