I’m making a game
https://flowlab.io/game/play/1316861
and I want the troops to target the nearest enemy troop BUT there are loads of different types, just like
https://www.google.com/search?q=tabs&rlz=1C1ASUM_enAU837AU837&oq=tabs&aqs=chrome..69i57j69i60.1879j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
And I don’t know how to make it.
When using the proximity block, there is an option to make the object receive the values of the closest object they are searching for to them. In your game, that would help the troops chase after and attack the closets target to them, while ignoring the ones further away. Now, if you use a series of switches, logic gates, etc, you can make certain troops prioritize certain troops over others until they are eliminated, or when the right circumstances are given.
Keep in mind that you have to specify what objects your troops want to chase. There is no “Any Type” option for proximity.
Thanks, did it.
I LOVE this game very fun very great concept makes me want to never stop playing you can DEFINITELY expand and definitely should!
Thanks.
