I just deployed an update to the HTML5 version with several bug fixes & improvements:
Faster loading & level switching
Display on/off indicator on switch block
Behavior y-axis execution order fix (caused several random seeming game bugs)
Line drawing snaps to grid correctly when using larger than 1px pencil
Fixed a crash that occurred sometimes in live mode
Fixed crash that occurred sometimes when pasting behaviors
Also a small update that I debated whether I should add yet, but I went ahead and deployed it with this release: Size property has a separate x and y input so they can be adjusted independently. This will not work correctly in the Flash version, so you may want to carefully consider whether you want to use this yet, since Flash is still the default engine for now.
Once your done with fixing the bugs, you can always ask for suggestions from the community on what to add, there’s been a couple feature requests such as new text block behaviors
Something unique I decided to make with the new X/Y Size update.
These two balls are exactly the same, the ground is the same.
The difference is how the bounce effect changes the ball.
Make sure you try out both test 1 and test 2.
2 might lag, so try pressing 2 a few times to restart it if it doesn’t work right.
I also actually attempted using X/Y Size, position, and rotation to make Super Mario Kart SNES, but this idea was a huge nightmare, and I do not have the time or patience to make it work right lol
I almost did a thing, but man is it not easy or fun to do https://www.loom.com/share/8edf3bab667642a5966c37cabaddf21f
