Profile Picture Cropping

Hello all,

I apologize for such an off topic post- But there doesn’t seem to be anywhere else to post my question. It is quite simple, I was just wondering if there was a better way of cropping my profile picture in order for it to fit correctly. If not I will just re-make my picture, but if there is a better way the help would be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance,

Since this needs no help with a game, I switched the category to community lounge.
I’m pretty sure you can try cropping it in some app.

You are correct, and that is what I did. Unless I am mistaken without in-website cropping I will be unable to get my picture to the correct orientation. And when I tried one with a transparent background the website made my picture tiny. If there’s no fix to this I will just re-create the picture to fit

What device are you on? If you’re on a computer, use this website: Photo Editor Pixlr Free Advanced Photoshop & Image Editing Tool and select the crop tool, then click on the “Ratio” button. This will make your photo a square shape. After that, just adjust your picture the way you want, hit enter, and upload the cropped image as your Flowlab profile picture.

To make the updated image visible on the forums, log out of the forums (not the main Flowlab website), then log back in.

I both re-created it and used your website, teamwork! Haha, thank you for the help. I will keep this in mind if I decide to change my picture in the future

A bit blurry though, I may work at it a bit more

Greetings, welcome to the community.

For your profile picture to fit perfectly when uploaded, it needs to be a perfect square. I recommend also scaling it up to eliminate blur. (x4 to be pixel-perfect.)

If you want, you could send me the image and I could do it for you, using the Flowlab sprite editor.

I think the blur could be reduced. You could scale it up yourself or send it to me in a DM if you really want.
