Public High Score?

So i have a question and i might be a little late on this but i want a public leader board so when you go in to my game level select screen it will also show a list of peoples high scores and their initials

Something like:
BDE:27 seconds
SCD:38 seconds
LSW:59 seconds
so on and so fourth
the objective or point of having this is when someone clicks on my game they will see has the high score and they will want to beat it.

and if you are wondering why the score is in seconds it because in my game you try to finish the intense level as fast as you can.

and I don’t need it on ios or steam or anything like that for right now i’m just keeping the game on flowlab
