I think everyone is getting it. I would assume it means a forum admin turned off email notifications. Idk why though.

It means the forum will not send any emails (for notifications, etc). It says this because I turned off emails.
I disabled emails because I’m getting in trouble with the email provider for having a high bounce rate due to the large number of folks with invalid email addresses. I may end up needing to add email verification so that the people with legit emails can get them.
