Raycast span of angles

This would allow a way to search a whole group of angles. Would be nice for more accurate tracking.

You can only shoot one angle at a time… just change the angle and cast again.
It’s like a laser beam, but it has no thickness and only 1 direction.

I understand that but it would be nice to have a whole span of angles for the raycast.

I suggest trying a repeater, that would let you scan all the angles you want at the same time.

Yes but you would need like 8 switches to track whether it is missing or hitting.

just wanted to kind of add something about raycasts, they can shoot in between objects when they are 0 pixels apart which is kind of annoying
Which happens because they have no width lol

i didn’t know that, i think that may be the cause of this bug in my game now

or just use logic gates :stuck_out_tongue:

Ok, so I definitely get what you’re saying, but lemme tell you a secret:
Grazer doesn’t like to add updates a whole lot :3

Trust me, I sent out 1000000 feature requests on the first few seconds I was on the forums. None of them got in an update :[
You’ll just have to do things the old-fashioned way until they change :man_shrugging:

How quickly do you think Grazer can add features??
He’s been working on the next Sprite editor for the past year.

I’m not trying to make it harder to work on flowlab, I’m just suggesting things for later updates.
