For the Booster Jam, I am making a wave survival game, where the goal is to destroy the crystals to win, or get a high score. It has only been the first day for this game, and it is kind of playable: Flowlab Game Creator - Rise of the grogs
Pretty good! Although it is quite similar to the knight with a gun.

I have never played knight with a gun, but I don’t think it’s copying that. It just seems like the groundwork’s for a survival type of game.
Might be nice to add a background so you can see where you’re going. Like a ground, grass. in the background layer
Yeah, the plain color is mesmerizing.
The grass and stuff, sound like a week 2 task for me. Week 1 is for the games mechanics.
The gun and stuff is just a placeholder for now. In a day or 2, I am planning to add collectable weapons.
Oof I spelt the name wrong.
- I added a key object that shows an arrow toward a random spawner
- I have started the creation of a room.
The grobs now have an moving animation attached to them and a damage animation
The spawner has a death animation.
Its halfway through the jam, what am I doing?
Anyways, I forgot to give an update yesterday, but here’s what happened: I have finished making the room, and created art for everything. The Player walking animation is the best walking animation I have ever done.
Now killing mobs gives xp which adds to score.
Added a yellow grob, which shoots fireballs.
