Is there an equation I can use to round to the nearest hundredth? I have an ease that goes from -12 to 12 (to simulate a clock) and I need to round to the nearest hundredth to act as seconds.

From the top of my head, you can multiply by 100, then round, and divide by 100 to get back to the decimal place. Such as
Math.round(A*100)/100
