So i am trying to make a score system for my Mario game Flowlab Game Creator - Super Mario Bros. (WIP) and there are two different lucky blocks. I want to make it so when you hit them it adds to the score. I tried to do it but am confused. Any help>
Should look something like this:
This is in the player. Get rid of the things inside the lucky blocks, it is super anoying to add score from them, do the scoring in the player.
Thank you! (20 characters)
does it work?
If it does solution please
Idk if its my place to say this or not but it seems disengenous to ask for this, unless you’re asking for the solution mark as an indicator to show others that the problem has already been solved
Oh! Nevermind i fiddled around with some stuff and got it working, thank you!
I don’t see it working yet… You sure? Also you can make another collision with a different number, make the number go into the “+” and if will add whatever that value is too. The added number can change for different collisions.
um idk how, but ok, i’ll keep that in mind…
The score goes into the millions almost instantly after touching a brick or lucky block (lucky block doesn’t even have to be collected)
Sorry to bother you again but i put it in and it isn’t working anymore… Did i do something wrong?
(It only adds the score once)
uh for me it seems to be working as it is suposed to…
Oh thats really weird…
