If you’re asking for how to make snowfall, that’s a particle system. For particle systems make sure there is absolutely no physics and minimal code for the absolutely best performance. A lot of people poorly optimize games, like Gods of Five runs at 50-60 fps on my Chrome and pretty much no decent Flowlab game has ever run that good for me, so just remember the performance.
If you need help with sound design, use some wind sound effects and some softer crunching on dirt footsteps, it kind of sounds like snow.
