After much thinking, I’m going to do it. I’m completing the trilogy, and making an SFU3! I have a physics engine made, and I’d love feedback as to what everyone thinks.
Sprites, slopes and animations are the nicest they’ve been so far! I like how you even added Sonic rotating diagonally when you’re on the corner of a block. Very nice. I think @Deadly_Stars would like this game

Ok, I guess you’re right. This game isn’t as good as the actual sonic yet, but one of his other games, Deltaverse Revisited is better than real sonic.

Alright here are some bugs you might wanna fix:
controls are too slippery
spindash is too wonky
jump is also wonky
cant go up loopdy loops.
some features you might wanna add:
special stages
looking up
peel out
super sonic/ hyper sonic (there will be fourteen special stages, the first seven are easy not that much of a challenge, when you finish the first seven special stages you get the chaos emeralds and are able to go super sonic wtih 50 rings, while the ohter seven are hard and difficult, once you win those you get hyper sonic, hyper sonic cant drown unlike super sonic and hyper sonic has a boost that kills everything on screen, besides bosses)
That’ll never be true, but it’s a great game
