Staggering boss

Soooo, what I want is to try to make the boss a little stagger animation for when it gets hit without canceling any animations (meaning, when it gets hit, for a brief moment it turns red while still doing animations). I’ve already figured out the color code which just changes the color using percentage, but I need it to also revert back to the og look without it being dark blue. I’ve already tried almost everything I knew (toggle switch, timers, etc) but I need help

Have you used an ease from 0 to 100 into the Green and Blue channels?
