Subscription renewal. HELP PLEASE!

I got a flowlab subscription and I canceled it today around 10-11AM and an hour ago (3PM) I got an email saying my subscription was renewed a week ago. I can’t use it because I canceled my subscription not knowing i had already been charged. I did’t get the charge until an hour ago either. does anyone know of a way to contact them regarding this?
