I don’t think that game dev. should be limited in any way, so no that doesn’t seem against any rules. If it wasn’t allowed to be featured, that’d be pretty stupid.
I just recommend putting a warning at the beginning of your game if you really think people might be disturbed. Although, I feel like mass genocide is completely normal in video games and 80% of them have it as their main drive for their main character lol
