hey sorry im interfering but nintendo does not play with copyright,pokemon fined kids of over 100,000 dollars before 
and nintendo would probrabbly be happy to sue/fine anyone,maybe if it was from a sega game it would be fine because sega loves ther fans but sadly nintendo doesent to avoid any of these issueās I mentioned you count really export the game and the everything would be fine
