Switch won't turn off/on

In my game my guy won’t lose health i have 3 switches that activates the health to fade away but they won’t turn off! If its me tell me here cause I don’t know much about flow lab logic even though I got used to it. So help!

Can you see the problem by watching the logic run in the behaviors window? If not, can you can post a link to your game (and the name of the misbehaving objects) so that folks here can take a look and offer feedback?
