Hey, i’d like to announce my upcoming game Taile Gamougg: X. It features several things such as:

  • 10 Tough-as-Nails Levels
  • 6 Unique and Powerful Weapons
  • A Load of Enemies to Fight Your Way Through
  • 10 Powerful and Fun Bosses
  • A Good Few Skins
  • 2 Extra Gamemodes
  • A Great Soundtrack Composed by @nhgcr_for_the_3rd_time

The game releases on June 10th, in the meantime here’s gameplay of the 1st level

(this is a fangame, john shrekinson is not a developer of this game)

It’s has the wall jump, but it’s actually coded and not a result of the run & jump bundle!
I didn’t think humanity could progress this far, it brings a tear to my eye :smiling_face_with_tear:

Today i:

  • Made the rocket launcher have a rocket inside it when it’s loaded
  • Made rocket jumping shoot you in the opposite direction of the explosion, thus making rocket jumping more skill based
  • Added more attacks to the final boss
  • Added a cooldown for shooting after switching you weapon
    Extra notes:
    honestly if i wanted to i could just change the sprites and dialogue a bit and completely separate this game from taile gamougg

UHH!
That is a LOT of (quite messy) code. It’s almost like a spider web. (No offense) but it might be really confusing to work with that code.
Quite an impressive amount of code though:)

I am in pain. And you may not realize this, but every time I’m in pain a puppy dies. So you just killed 3 puppies with those screenshots.

There is nothing impressive about that code, it’s a devil from the underworld that should be banished to bundles

But actually, bundle things. Please.
If you don’t your future self will deeply regret it and in the long run it will take much longer without bundles.
If you maintain this, your wicked future self will knock on my door with spaghetti code and cause every human on earth to blink at the exact same time. Then, I will smack the plate out of your hand onto the ground where it will ruin your new dress shoes

eh, i try to bundle things but i have a habit of getting carried away to the point that it would take a very long time to fix everything(MAINLY BECAUSE OF THE SELECTOR SELECTING NON SELECTED THINGS WHEN ZOOMED OUT OH MY GOD GRAZER PLEASE FIX THIS BUG I HATE IT)
