puginarug is gay and likes to make jokes about femboys. It is unclear if he is one. Regardless, the video wasn’t explicit in any way so it should be fine (I watched it). At worst, the video is just cringe, nothing to worry about.
He can keep what he wants in his game, it doesn’t mean others have to click on it. In other words, I agree with @John_Shrekinson.

Is there at least any foreword or warning on it? Or is it just an immediate mistake after clicking the wrong thing?
Personally something like that kind of degrades the game in my opinion. Kind of like Mario having a rickroll link in the menu. If you click on it by accident before even playing the game, people immediately form opinions on the game and the creator without any real context and I wouldn’t blame them if they did.

I would recommend that he has a alert or something that tells the player that the link redirects them to another page, and they can either click no or yes to it.
Personally, I would just remove the link for the reasons I stated above, because I don’t want to play some indie game and get flashbanged by some femboy or whatever nonsense the video is.

Or when, in an attempt to teach a lesson to the people leaving class before the bell, he told everyone who stayed back that he would give us the test with one question on it (the question was “What is the answer to this question?”), and would only tell us this one time what the answer was. I didn’t see it until now, but basically yes.
I mean, it is his game and he has all rights to do what he sees fit, but I don’t necessarily agree with some strange video that forces any unfortunate user to stumble upon. Plus with how many people who severely disagree with such behavior like that won’t probably be very forgiving.
