Also glowbug what art program do you use
I use a mix of Krita and MS Paint to do pixel art, I also use Asprite for animation and much more advanced stuff, I also sometimes use the flow lab sprite editor.
ok so u cant copy other things and pixelate it, but can you get old pictures you drew yourself then pixelate it and tweak it a bit to make it look better? I have some art i drew before and i didnt rlly draw it for anything and if this is allowed it can come in handy
like stuff i drew on papper
If you made it then its fine, Its the artists contest not the pixel art contest although pixel art is what most of us do so its kinda become the norm but I’m pretty sure its allowed.
okie!
Lol… When did this all even happen i was um somwhere idk…

It’s like you respond to comments the second they come… ;-;

yeh ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I guess now i know what happens when somone cheats
as long as its your own drawing its okay, just make sure not to steal others drawings they worked hard on, this is a contest to show y o u r skills
y o u r skills Is a good thing yes lol…
I want to show “y o u r skills” : D
Almost done with weekly, just need to do my second backdrop, first backdrop was with the tiles of the kitchen and the second is going to be secondary walls.
God damn… I would say that the angles could be fixed, but this is otherwise amazing.
yeah im practicing angles and perspectives and i thought id try it out on this
Very nice! I actually think the angles are fine. No they’re not “perfect” or “to scale” or whatever, but it fits the overall artistic style.
And also historically accurate. You look at most real life forts and castles, especially from medieval eras, they are not all perfect straight lines and angles.
I finished the weekly, but instead of cafe I accidentally started a kitchen, and finished it lol
