Have the curtains opened?
Most certainly, Sir @Deadly_Smile!
thanks for giving me the title of Duke!
Most welcome, my good Duke!
@TheBardofthePixilatedTavern are ye still online? (why did I say ye?)
Hello, my dear Duke! Is there something you have need of me for?
twas just saying hi, but what’s it like being a bard?
Rather time-consuming. Like any profession, a mix of good and bad. Are there specifics that you wished to know about the profession?
nothing really. by the way, have ye ever played D&D?
Yes, that I have, although I can claim little experience.
I am the worst at it. I mainly play homebrew. I ended up getting sent to a pocket dimensions filled with cats. it did not end well for me.
Oh my, that sounds rather unpleasant. I have been on two campaigns, both of which nearly resulted in my death.
Amusingly, I had neither time the pleasure of playing a bardic character.
nice. I was sent to said pocket dimension by an axolotl.
I mean no offense when I state that I have never heard of such an odd turn of events.
yeah, but what do you expect? anything can happen in D&D.
Ye sir, and so it goes, I suppose. My own campaigns have been far less exciting.
homebrew is where you can do anything that ye want. t’is sometimes funny, other times tragic, but no matter what, doth be an adventure.
I see. I shall have to try it sometime, thank you for explaining, m’lord!
