It wouldn’t surprise me. The original bionicle figures have went up in value since they were discontinued.
I used to have a few figures back in the day, but I really only collected Lego Star Wars.
I have an unopened McDonald’s poly bag of a bionicle character which is probably worth something. I forget which character it was though.
the toa mata are worth 30, the rahi are 100 each, tohunga are 30, the bohrok are 20

It’s huki. Sadly I’m not familiar with much of the story or characters so I’m not for sure if it’s a iconic or rare character.
I found it for a dollar at an antique store.

The bag is a little crinkled, but it’s never been opened: I also found some Lego Galidor figures as well in the poly bag. Not sure if they are worth anything since they weren’t a popular theme, but still cool to have.

he is around $30 to $50 but if he’s damaged then you would have to show me a picture. the more damaged he is the less value he is
I remember bionicles, they were really cool. I only ever got like one set though.
I had this guy too, but not on purpose, I got hand me downs from some older guy way back when I was 8, its head springs, right? I kind of lost and broke down the parts tho ):
