I just had an argument with my brother over whether bagels are made of bread or not. I’m dying lol.

Technically, bread is the finished product, so it wouldn’t be made exactly from bread, but it would be considered a type of bread afterwards.
It’s still made up of the similar grains and preparation as bread.
At least this is my take on it.
