How many languages do you know??

My native language is Japanese. I know Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji (in speaking they are one in the same, the different alphabets are pretty much only for writing.) I know English, Spanish, a bit of Cantonese, and I am almost fluent in Dutch

No? Not a bad idea, I hadn’t really thought about it

I am schooling to specialize as an avian veterinarian (obviously I know that I can’t just start out as a specialized vet, but that is what I want to work for and eventually achieve.)

I’m the opposite, writing for me is much easier than speaking.

Quick question, what is this?

Just a broad term for birds, essentially

I personally have trouble writing in everything but japanese, I’m decent with english but punctuation confuses me. Spanish is even worse, dutch is easier than spanish but I’m still not a great writer in it. Cantonese is pretty much the middle for me, definitely harder than dutch but I don’t know whether to place it above spanish or not

Ohhh ok (I should have known that. . . ) What’s your favorite kind of bird?

Toucans! Or Hyacinth macaws

I know mostly latin-based languages (and Latin), so the grammar is mostly the same.

they are beautiful animals

I like more of the Falcons and Hawks but really all of the tiny birds of prey are my favorites.

What are those birds that look like small toucans but with yellow beaks?

I really want to go falconing at some point. It’s on my bucket list.

A toco toucans beak is yellow and orange, I don’t know if that’s what you’re referring to

Same, I would like to get a license to own one. (I can’t remember how you would get it I just know there is a way.)

although a cool idea, personally I find keeping an animal like that cruel. They are meant to be wild, and in their natural habitat. Now if they are injured, and cannot fend for themselves it is very different. In that case they should be kept in an encloser that simulates their natural environment as closely as possible while still keeping them safe
