I know what you are talking about; I was one of those immature users at the time, but I think now that a lot of those younger users have been able to grow, learn, and mature has realy improved things here on the forums.

If there is a ātenseā atmosphere, itās mostly at you and no one else. The honest truth is that you post a lot of unrelated memes and have done some not great things towards Extrez, Prism and others. So given that when you post itās random nonsense, yes some people dislike that.
It shouldnāt really be that way, but youāve brought that upon yourself. I tried to vouch for you a few times, and will continue to do so, but you do post off-topic stuff relatively often. Itās perfectly fine to occasionally be random, itās just that through repeated exposure people get tired of it.
Iāve been on the discord for 1.5 years, and Iām sure you came before that Maniac. Whatever you experienced isnāt there. Unless youāre purposely posting controversial stuff, no one cares.
Honestly, if youāre ignored, nothing is wrong with that. I post there occasionally and no one responds, people are just busy sometimes and donāt respond. If youāve been insults yes thatās bad. But I can assure you theyāre gone.
You donāt have to join the discord if you donāt want, but I just want you to not join for the proper reasons instead of things that just donāt really exist.

Youāre defending the nonexistence of something everyone else sees. Itās okay that we do not want to use discord because there are more unsavory people and a more tense environment. If you are not affected by it or it has died down, great. Iāll still stick to here because itās pretty great here.

And as I said before, itās perfectly fine to not join, I just donāt like people having the wrong impression of the place. Even if you donāt want to join, people hearing itās bad when it isnāt turns people away without proper reason.

I will not be recommending because I cannot with a good conscience after my experience, it but you have every right to do so yourself. If it truly has changed so much then I will be pleasantly surprised, but regardless I will remain on the forums where I can guaruntee cleanliness and moderation most of the time. Additionally, keep in mind Discord requires ages 13 and up, and many people here are not that age. I will stay here but you are free to encourage people to join that community if you so please.
