Trying to make a dust cloud for when player changes directions

im trying to work on a skid dust cloud, for a friends project, and i can not get it right. how does this look and what can i do to make it look better? Dust - Flowlab Game Creator

Looks pretty good. One thing that you could do is make it less dramatic and when it forms, it should form more quickly, and not stay for long. Care to see an example?

Aight. I made a quick dust effect. (it’s supposed to be lighter, but I made darker to see better)

I added a bit of physics, but what’s supposed to show is that when skidding, the smoke would be quick and small. The smoke doesn’t look dramatic or slow, but simple
and quick. This would be what’s considered a proper skid effect for when a character changes direction (if you need me to send a different one, tell me)
