I just make a sprite, delete some bundles in the bundle menu, and this happens:
Some weird thing that wants to be clicked, but won’t let me click it
Annnd it won’t let me select my sprite

Is this still happening or did it resolve when you reloaded the page? Also, are there any error messages in the browser console?

No, it fixed itself when I reloaded the page.
I didn’t check any error messages
