soo i accidently pasted over something when i mis clicked i pasted the whole other lvl in the first lvl how do i fix it?

There is no undo for the game editor, only in the behavior/code window.

Not yet. Just delete.
hold backspace and hover over objects with your mouse to delete stuff faster.
