For a game jam at my college, @thebrickccentric and I made a quick multiplayer game where you race away from an evil space void. It’s like Universal Crumble, but with different controls, multiplayer and more fun stuff

Yeah, at the moment the only way to restart is by reloading the whole page. I really need to add a button to let you restart lol

I ended up getting a score of like 64 or something like that, but it only saved my first run of 16 for some reason. I also kind of wished there was currently a way to restart the game so you can run it back for a higher score easier, but other than that, it is very fun. You guys did a great job with it!
Edit: for some reason if you click on the prompt to start the game it doesn’t save your score, but it will save it, if you press R to start.
Bro how did you get a score of 136?
I just used WASD, made sure I was farther back and made slight movements according to oncoming debris. I think the speed caps out after like 30 or something, so once you get the hang of it, you can just go as far as you want.
For some reason, I did better with the mouse controls
I honestly think it’s just preference. I tried using mouse controls and it threw me off on my first run, but I started using WASD once I realized that was an option.
I use mouse controls even though I’m on trackpad. Its starting to hurt tho
