Stuff I think is BS
Ok first off @grazer , Its kind of BS that multi player, cloud behavior, and profiler are all payed, Like, You cant even make a Snake.io game, So no wonder all the “Good” games made by free users are laggy. But Achievements, leaderboards, and touch screen stuff make sense to be Indie
Loading Screens
Ok also bull-droppings to the loading screen, Like, When i make a game I don’t want the game engine logo being every were, Like just look to the upper left part of the screen, OR if the flowlab logo “Needs” to be there put it in the bottom right, And make it ease out in stead of cutting from alpha 100 to 0 instantly.
Object limit
I would suggest increasing the limit to 80-100 min-max to allow use free users to breath without reaching the limit, But the 3 games limit makes sense.
Ways to make Indie more worth it
“Oh how is grazer supposed to make money hmm?!”
First of all, Adding a donate button, Believe me, Peaple use it, I’v seen a itch page with a dono button and it raised like $2000 In 3 days.
Add features that ease the development of games to indie and not just pick some things normal games have and put them behind a paywall, Stuff like team OP, Let the team leader select permissions for there team members.
Add blocks that ease development and some blocks that actually deserve to be indie only
Add a code blocker, It can restrict access to certain parts of code by only letting the dev/dev team access/see them.
Add ads, Not to Flowlab but put Flowlab ads on YouTube, More traction, And once you have enough maybe you can sponsor bigger coding youtubers.
Fix the ■■■■■■■ copy and paste tool
Yea believe it or not, I used my 1 curse on the copy and paste tool.
Make it snap to the size grid, This really ticks me off the most
All the other limits make sense
Features to add (Free and Indie)
A stick block (Sticks to selected entity)
More router cap (smt like 1000 outputs)
Optimization
How it this laggy:
(Spreads its self until its only consists of 9 blocks)
But this is not:
(Like… 20 blocks)
Over all a great engine but some nails sticking out of the wood in some places.
