Some things I noticed right away -

  • Alerts in Flowlab games generally don’t look very good. If you want to make a text-based story game, then I recommend making your own dialogue bundle.
  • The walking animation could be improved from just the legs moving up and down.
  • The pixel size isn’t consistent throughout all the sprites. Fixing this will make your game look better. Stick to one size.
