I don’t see why it should be a political issue, honestly. Illness can affect anyone of any political persuasion. I don’t personally know anyone who has died from it, but I know people who know people who have died from it. So what is that… two degrees of separation I guess? Anyway. Yes, most of those who died from it were older and/or had pre-existing health issues. But when you get to be my age, a lot of the people you know are older and have health problems. I tend to take their lives seriously.
But this is not supposed to be a serious kind of topic. I just wanted to reassure anyone who is afraid of getting the vaccine that at least the Pfizer and Moderna versions seem to be safe. And the shots don’t hurt at all (until the next day). Side effects weren’t bad at all. And in the U.S., the shots are 100% free, even if you don’t have any health insurance.
I will try your game (link?) but if it’s half as annoying to beat as my first free version game (that I created myself, and it still annoys me to play), I probably won’t finish it.
All I know is, when I was growing up, I got vaccinated against things like Smallpox, Measles, Tuberculosis, etc… We didn’t have a regularly available vaccine for Chickenpox at the time.
I ended up catching Chickenpox. It was unpleasant.
I never caught Measles, Smallpox, or Tuberculosis.
I tend to trust vaccines. If you don’t, I understand. I don’t believe in forcing anyone to get injected with anything.
However, you also have to respect the rights of others. I think social distancing is a good practice overall anyway, even before COVID happened. People are entitled to their own personal space. Nobody has the right to go sneezing on other people.
There are other diseases that people carry, that if they knowingly spread them, they can be charged with criminal offenses. Good general rule of thumb is to keep your germs to yourself, unless someone gives you permission to share them.
Christ almighty.
I removed the size cap in Growth of Winter, and got big massive. I got so big I couldn’t fit in the screen, and it just jiggled around for eternity
I said the exact same thing before and of course a few others, who won’t be named, said my opinion didn’t matter since I’m putting others lives at risk for not getting it, but I know that it wasn’t fully tested on long term effects for people.
Of course the internet is ran by a bunch of democratic people so of course the vaccine is all fine and dandy, but no one really pays attention to actual facts.
Not saying anyone who believed that is stupid or anything, it’s mainly my concern for how the world can influence people and easily persuade others with some propaganda.
No. If you are allergic to the vaccine and can’t get it, if you around other people ho are vaccinated, you are less likely to get the decease. So if you can’t get it, just be around people who are vaccinated and you should be fine
in conclusion, if you can get it, get it and itll help a ton! If you cant get it or dont feel safe getting it, then dont, its okay! just be as safe as you can guys :]
You’re only half the story. You’re not the people dead by the vaccine and you’re not the people who have had covid and realized it’s weaker than a flu.
