The combat in this game is kinda sucky

1: Whenever I get hit I keep getting flung into the air and going on top of the robot and when I get back down I get hit again and I get flung AGAIN on the robot

2: You need to get way too close to the enemy in order to attack him.

True, have any idea to improve it?

Maybe attacks stagger enemies?

(There is a ranged attack that costs 10 energy to use, press R)

If I do the stagger thing I’ll probably compensate by giving the enemies a bit more health

Bring back the old combat, the player didn’t go on top of the robot nearly as much

Light attack has been made larger, and there is now screenshake when you hit an enemy

Anyone that’s here, can you see if the light and heavy sword attacks feel more fair to use? They’re still close range, but the slashes are much bigger and travel a bit further.
