@steinbam - as long as the game is built with Flowlab, the platform(s) you export to doesn’t matter
What will the policy be for using other peoples art such as the large amount available at opengameart.org? Is it aloud? Aloud but discouraged? Recommended? Will original art vs unoriginal art be taken into account for the winner?
Hey @“my_name (<_>)” - on the Flowjam page, this is rule 1:
Your game can include any art or music you have legal permission to use, but anything not created by you during the jam should be listed in the game's description.
So you can use any art you wish, but you must indicate in the description which art was not created for the game jam. I certainly think that all else being equal, using original art would be more impressive, but if you use premade art just make sure that you focus on having fun and original game mechanics instead
