I believe he said in a different post that it could use the Haxe structure and/or be like an extension to the expression behavior but with more features.
Oh, so it’s not use to make games but only to express other behaviors?
If that was the case, it would be awesome if there would be a
code editor feature added if you can’t make games with the code feature.

A behavior block that would accept Haxe source code. This would be similar to the Expression block but with a large/better text edit area.
An “API” to interact with using code. API stands Application Programming Interface - which basically will be a documented way to interact with the engine using code. For example, you might set the gravity using something like:
Flowlab.world.gravity.y = 50;
