Some advice that I once heard that it isn’t a good idea to make some HUGE project as your very first game. Instead, create a small, simple game. Maybe recreate another game like Super Mario Bros or Snake. My very first game was a recreation of Color Quest , which is a Flowlab game (I later deleted because it was just a test run of what I could do with Flowlab). Once you have the hang of game development, then you can move on to your huge project.
Try out different types of games to find your strong suit. Platformer, Bullet ■■■■, Top-down RPG, Turn based RPG, Sandbox. All of these and more can be made in flowlab, although like other I recommend to start with a platformer as they are the easiest to make
push through with persistence and dont give up. dont be afraid to ask the community for help.
