Guys, my friends Ethan had a hacker hack his account and send cussing messages on Hangouts, I helped him a bit, (bc Iām really good with technology) but then he had to leave, I told him after he left to change his password, does it really help? his account in controled by our principle, itās his school account, what does he do?

Tell the principle maybe? Im sure they would like to know people are hacking the school emails.
The principle knows about it, the hacker also sent a very intimidating message, bc Ethanās friend said that she likes him, so the hacker sent a message that made her sad.
Stuff must have gotten personal for your friend then. Show the hacker why they should stop.
How do I? It makes no sense.
