Here you go:
Oh my goodness! This is amazing, @TinkerSmith!
@grazer … after the next update I apply for draw functions
Noice ( 20 characters )
Pretty great indeed! Fantastic job as always.
This is insane @TinkerSmith - once again.
When do I get my honorary TinkerBadge ?
And another one, 2 objects, both rotating and coordinate shifted.
How many can you do before FlowLab gives up??? HAHAHA
This definitely warrants a new badge type. I’ve created a new badge: “Pushing the Envelope” https://community.flowlab.io/badges/107/pushing-the-envelope?username=tinkersmith
And you’re the first recipient.
LOL, love it … especially the sanity part (you spoke to my wife???), HAHA
Thanks a lot
This is so amazing @TinkerSmith though it doesn’t surprise me that you were able to come up with this, looks great! Keep up the good work!
@TinkerSmith
Make DOOM
HAHA, might do once we get the new data types.
I’ve been wanting to make a first-person shooter on Flowlab basically since I figured out what collision was; if you ever do work on the project, I’d love to help out! If not, I guess I’ll make my own then lol
@browngr If you made some tweaks to this game: https://flowlab.io/game/play/1398956 and figured out how to make enemies with raycast hitboxes and that get smaller the farther away you go from it, with a “ui” object representing the gun you’re holding, then yeah it’s possible.
If anybody has a paid account can you try remaking this game and making it online multiplayer? https://flowlab.io/game/play/1398956
Certainly going to be a useful asset! =D
Thank you!
The plans are to make something like Wolfenstien, but DOOM may actually be possible the more I look into it.
The old 1990’s versions of Doom allow for some awesome stuff and has relatively simple map sizes and shapes; but the more turns we add, the more complicated things get. It’d be a huge project for even just a 5 minute demo.
